Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because our 5 core strategic tracks and solution services involve hyper-personalized consulting, deep profile analysis, and custom-engineered strategic intake briefs, we maintain a clear policy regarding cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding financial commitments made for our advisory services.

1. General Policy Stand

Due to the digital, intellectual, and customized nature of the professional tracks provided by the Sakshamya HR Solutions Desk, all fees paid for accepted track and solution enrollments are non-refundable, except as explicitly outlined in Section 2 of this policy.


Once our authorized strategy consultants initiate your profile evaluation, allocate operational resources, or transmit custom intake materials to your corporate email, the service is considered actively in progress.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

A refund request will only be considered under the following highly specific administrative conditions:

  • Duplicate Payments: If your bank account or credit instrument is billed multiple times for the same corporate invoice due to a technical error in the processing network. In such cases, the duplicate amount will be reversed in full.
  • Prior to Service Commencement: If you have paid an invoice but submit a formal cancellation request via email before our Solutions Desk team has initiated your profile review, set up your dashboard, or conducted your primary intake analysis.

3. Active Track Pauses & Cancellations

We understand that corporate professionals experience unpredictable workplace shifts, sudden organizational disruptions, or demanding relocation cycles.

  • Track Pauses: If an unexpected professional emergency occurs during your active track, you may request a temporary operational pause. We will hold your strategy portfolio open for up to ninety (90) days, allowing you to resume your sessions without forfeiting your payment.
  • Voluntary Exits: If you choose to discontinue your participation midway through an active evaluation track for personal reasons, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining modules.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing an invoice payment issued via email by the Solutions Desk team, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the delivery parameters of your selected track. Sakshamya HR logs all custom intake form data, resume submissions, and strategic communications. Any fraudulent chargeback requests or payment disputes filed with banks or payment network providers will be contested using our verified delivery and systemic tracking records. 

5. Processing Timelines

In instances where an administrative refund or a duplicate payment reversal is explicitly approved by our Solutions Desk:

  • The refund will be credited back through the original payment channel (e.g., direct bank routing or the originating gateway).
  • Standard processing timelines take between 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution's clearing cycle.

6. Policy Modifications

 Sakshamya HR, as part of the Saksyon Group, reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any adjustments will go into effect immediately upon being posted to this URL page.
