By accessing our website, submitting an application through our Solutions Desk, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

Sakshamya HR, part of the Saksyon Group, provides specialized strategic human resources consulting, career acceleration frameworks, and profile optimization tracks for working professionals.

• Application Review: Submission of a profile, ballpark Cost-to-Company (CTC) salary ranges, target expectations, or resumes via our Solutions Desk application forms does not constitute automated acceptance or enrollment into a strategic track or a solution service.
• Right of Refusal: We retain absolute discretion to review intake applications and accept or decline candidates based on profile alignment, current operational capacity, and track suitability.

All the modules under our 5 core tracks and solutions are deployed entirely through virtual infrastructure. This ensures a secure, confidential, and highly focused environment for corporate profile analysis. The terms below outline the technological requirements and scheduling compliance necessary to protect your track momentum. 

• Primary Delivery Channel: All personalized advisory sessions, profile evaluations, and strategic track consultations provided by the Sakshamya HR Solutions Desk are conducted virtually via Zoom (or alternative designated video conferencing platforms).
• User Requirements: It is the client’s exclusive responsibility to ensure they have access to a stable internet connection, functional audio & video hardware, and the necessary software compatibility to attend scheduled Zoom sessions.
• Scheduling and No-Shows: Session invites and custom Zoom links will be generated and routed exclusively via official corporate email channels. Late arrivals or unexcused absences extending past fifteen (15) minutes from the scheduled start time will result in the forfeiture of that specific session module.

The structural architecture, methodology, visual graphics, and concepts powering our 5 core strategic tracks—specifically The Catalyst Track, The Kinetic Pivot Track, The Leverage Track, The Blueprint Track, and The Maneuver Track—are the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Sakshamya HR and the Saksyon Group.

• Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting our proprietary frameworks, assessment matrices, or custom intake briefs without explicit written authorization from us.

To maintain a high-security professional standard, Sakshamya HR does not process automated retail checkouts on this website.

• Manual Billing Verification: Upon acceptance of your Solutions Desk intake application, a formal corporate invoice detailing your selected strategic track, scope of advisory, and fee structure will be generated.
• Email Delivery: All official invoices and payment requests are routed securely and exclusively via email by our authorized Solutions Desk team.
• Payment Completion: Access to your custom profile analysis, evaluation sessions, and proprietary track modules will only be initialized after full payment of the invoice is confirmed via our designated bank routing or corporate payment channels.

When utilizing our platform, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current professional information, including your employment details, job function, and salary benchmarks. Providing fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading career records will result in the immediate termination of your active track without a right to an invoice waiver.

• No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes: While our methodologies are built on proven real-world corporate execution, final corporate milestones—such as securing a specific salary hike, passing an appraisal cycle, engineering an industry pivot, or corporate promotion—depend entirely on individual execution, macroeconomic factors, and corporate employer structures.
• Limitation: Sakshamya HR and the Saksyon Group shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential career or financial decisions made by the client during or after the completion of our strategic tracks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our advisory tracks / solutions or platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct that compromises the security and confidentiality of our platform or network. 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided via the Solutions Desk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.
