About Founder

Pratik Chaudhary is a human capital professional turned entrepreneur with a focus on building structured, execution-oriented HR solutions for growing businesses and professionals. Through Sakshamya HR, he works on translating HR strategy into practical systems that improve workforce stability, operational efficiency, and organizational scalability.

His professional foundation combines an MBA in Human Resources from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies with a B.Tech in Computer Engineering, enabling him to approach HR through both people-centric and analytical lenses.

Before founding Sakshamya HR, Pratik worked as an Executive HR Business Partner at L&T Technology Services, where he partnered with business leadership on workforce retention, employee experience, HR operations, and performance management initiatives. During his foundational tenure, he collaborated with senior delivery leaders on targeted retention interventions  to reduce voluntary attrition rates by nearly 50% and total attrition by more than 35% for a 450-member delivery unit. Additionally, he translated employee feedback (via a 92%+ talent talks closure rate) into actionable retention measures that resulted in talent retention rate of over 91%. 

In addition to his corporate experience, Pratik has contributed to workforce analysis, HR benchmarking, cost-saving strategy recommendations, SOP development, and HR transformation projects with organizations such as Shapoorji Pallonji Group and Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy.
